Exclude Government Subsidies Recipient from Discounts
For Ireland and New Zealand only
It is possible to exclude customers that indicate they are applying or intending to receive subsidies from receiving activity discounts such as Earlybird and Sibling Discounts.
To do so:
Navigate to More → Settings
Head over Advanced Org
Under Discounts, enable “Do not apply discounts for any bookings booking receiving subsidies”
Save changes
Exclude Casual Bookings from Discounts
This setting will prevent casual bookings from receiving activity discounts.
To enable this:
Navigate to More → Settings
Head over Advanced Org
Under Discounts, enable “Do not apply discounts for any casual bookings”
Save changes
